Find businesses who aren't running ads
Name a niche and a city. The agent builds the business list, then checks Google's Ads Transparency Center and Meta's Ad Library for every single one — so you get a call list sorted by who needs you most, with the ad counts to prove it and an opening line for each.
- Pick a niche and a city — get every business, then whether each one is running Google ads and Meta ads right now.
- Ranked for the pitch you actually sell: businesses running nothing ("you're invisible") or businesses already spending ("we'll beat your agency").
- Every row carries the ad counts, a verdict and an opening line for the call, plus phone, website, rating and reviews.
- A check that couldn't be completed is marked 'unknown' — never reported as 'not advertising'.

Both platforms per business
Google's Ads Transparency Center and Meta's Ad Library, checked for every business on the list — so you can see the gap. A shop running Meta ads and nothing on Google is an open lane, and the row says so.
A call list, not a spreadsheet
Scored on ad status and business quality — website, phone, rating, review volume, claimed listing — so an established business buying zero traffic outranks a thin listing that is silent because nobody runs it.
"Unknown" is never "no"
A check that couldn't be completed is marked unknown, kept out of the negatives, and capped so it can never outrank a verified lead. You will never open a call with "I see you're not advertising" to someone who is.
Opening line included
Every row carries a one-sentence pitch built from what was actually found — the platforms, the counts and the gap — alongside the phone number, website and reviews. Export to CSV or hand it to an agent.

What does one run give me?
A ranked call list: every business in your niche and city with phone, website, address, rating and reviews — plus whether each is running Google ads and Meta ads, the live counts, a plain-English verdict and a suggested opening line.
What is the difference between the two modes?
They rank the same list for opposite pitches. Not advertising puts businesses running nothing on top — the "you're invisible" conversation. Already advertising puts the biggest current spenders on top — the "we'll beat your agency" conversation, with a proven budget. All businesses ignores ad status and ranks on quality.
How accurate is the ad check?
The Google check matches against Google's verified advertiser records and returns the live ad count. The Meta check resolves the business to its actual Facebook advertiser page and counts that page's live ads. Where a business can't be resolved to its Meta page and no ad names it outright, the row is marked unknown — because a business can advertise without naming itself in the copy.
Why is "unknown" kept separate from "not advertising"?
Because "not advertising" is the signal you act on. A blocked check reported as a zero would have you open a call with "I noticed you're not running any ads" to a business already spending thousands a month. So unknowns are labelled, excluded from the negatives, capped in the ranking, and summarised on the run. If every check fails, the run says so and is refunded.
Where does the business list come from?
Google Maps, via the same scraper behind our Maps tool — name, phone, website, address, rating, reviews and whether the listing is claimed. With a Google Places API key it uses the official Places API instead. The ad checks are identical either way.
How long does a run take?
The Google check is a fast keyless lookup; the Meta check needs a browser per business and is the slow half. Five businesses land in well under a minute. Switch the Meta check off for a much faster Google-only sweep, or raise the count — results stream in as they're found.
