Bulk Email Verifier
Bulk-verify emails. Syntax → MX → SMTP → disposable.
- Four checks per email: syntax → MX record → live SMTP RCPT handshake → disposable-domain match.
- No mail is ever sent — the SMTP probe confirms the mailbox exists, then disconnects, so your sender reputation is untouched.
- 2.6M+ disposable domains blocked, with the list refreshed daily.
- 92–97% accuracy; up to 1,000 rows verified in under 4 minutes on Pro.
- Every result is risk-tagged (deliverable / risky / invalid / disposable), never silently dropped.

Email Verifier questions.
What is a bulk email verifier?
A bulk email verifier checks large lists of email addresses at once to predict which will deliver before you send. ConvertFleet runs four checks — syntax, MX records, a live SMTP RCPT handshake, and a 2.6M-domain disposable email checker match — and returns a labeled CSV tagging every address as deliverable, risky, invalid, or disposable.
Will SMTP probes hurt my sender reputation?
No. Verification runs from dedicated infrastructure, never from your sending domain or IP. The probe issues an SMTP RCPT TO command and disconnects before the DATA stage, so no email is ever sent during verification and your sender reputation is untouched.
How current is the disposable email list?
The disposable block-list refreshes daily and covers 2.6M+ throwaway domains — Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, Temp-Mail, and millions of lesser-known providers. New disposable services are typically added within 48 hours of public launch.
What is the difference between "deliverable" and "probable-deliverable"?
"Deliverable" passed a full SMTP RCPT confirmation. "Probable-deliverable" passed syntax and MX checks but the mail server is catch-all (accepts every recipient), so the individual mailbox cannot be individually confirmed. Both are typically safe to mail.
How many emails can I verify in bulk, and how fast?
The first 20 verifications are free — no card required. The Pro plan verifies up to 1,000-row CSVs in parallel, typically completing in under 4 minutes, and returns a labeled CSV with verdict and detail columns.
